I'm a married 46 year old man with a wife, Kathy, and 4 kids - Matt, Jillian, Celina, Alec. We have 3 dogs (pug, chiuaua, wired hair fox teirrier). I am going in for gastric bypass at the end of April. I've been working out at the local gym since 3/29. Someday soon I'll be cycling with my son again here in Sonoma County!
